    Two new videos have been added to our Wordpress Exposed collection. These are EXTREMELY useful and I highly encourage you to check them out.

    The first is all about the best plugin for SEO or Search Engine Optimization. This plugin, Headspace2, beats out my previous favorite, All-in-One SEO, due to it’s inclusion of numerous third party tracking capabilities such as Google Analytics and Crazy Egg. Be sure to check this video out here!

    The second video shows you how simple it is to assign a static page as your home page. If you want to design the look of your Website’s homepage then check this video out. It is extremely easy with Wordpress 2.7 to make the home page of your site to be a page customized by you. Be sure to check out this video here.

    Wordpress has a great functionality called a ping list. This list is used to inform other sites about when you have added or updated a new article or post. Right out of the box, Wordpress is configured to ping rpc.pingomatic.com which will in turn ping many other services.

    This site is geared toward photographers who have decided for one reason or another to make their passion of photography into a business. As a business man and avid photographer myself, I looked around and saw all these photographers who loved taking pictures, who loved sharing their talent with others, but who eventually failed miserably on the business end when actually trying to make a living from it. You see, having a passion for something will not make you successful financially at it. So while it can be enjoyable in the near term to be doing what you love, it becomes less fun once you are unable to raise your family, plan for retirement, and have time off with your loved ones. In short, your passion can take over your life.
